@ Nick Ackerman - I’m impressed with the Note 9, because of the screen size and the weight. It’s says quality! That’s what I’m looking for, and to get away from Apple iPhone that I’ve had for years. These Rich manufacturers should understand that everyone is not able to upgrade to a new phone 📱 every time they come out with one! It is in the News that Apple manufacturer is destroying customers phones from the air only to force them to upgrade to a newer iPhone, even lawsuits are pending. I no longer want to affiliate with a phone manufacturer like that. Plus, I carried my 6 plus to the Apple Store in Ridgeland, MS on 6/21/2019 to get a battery replacement, and they damaged the cosmetics part on my phone, and would not take responsibility. I believe they saw that I had an older version of an iPhone that looked brand new, and they deliberately damaged it by thinking it would make me upgrade. True, I don’t like scratches on my phone with or without a cover, and I will upgrade, but not with another Apple 🍎 iPhone. All Apple did was gave Android another customer. I’ve also heard in the News that Samsung Android phones are exploding. I rather take my chances than to continue with Apple 🍎! I’m getting the Note 9.

Note 9 is an amazing phone. I traded my XS max for the note 9 cloud silver and got the phone for $129.79 at best buy. Honest truth, the note 9 with one ui make my XS max I had feel completely outdated in comparison. Battery life is bananas in comparison to the XS Max I had to use a battery case to get all day battery life. Most importantly, I have freedom to do whatever with my phone without being tied down. I take freedom over imessage and "smooth" animations anyday because it's not totally worth it, and Apple isn't above android anymore in my opinion after trying both platforms.

I have the note 9 exynos 512gb. The speed has improved very much with updates and from what I saw here, is has even become much faster than the 845. Wiith android pie, geekbench scores have gone up too at 3825, 9180. It is very fast in loading anything you throw at it. I actually use it with mid power saving limiting the cpu to 70% of its max and still performs very fast. Will buy note 10 but never trade it with S10+. Apart from the speed being the same, the S10 exynos variant is disapointing from what I saw in reviews. Being from Europe, this is what we get and I won't be surprised the note 9 performs better. Well done for comparison and thanks.

I always play with the settings pretty deeply, and first I saw the option for reduce animations, and I knew that through the developer options you can reduce them even more, but I'm pretty sure I found an option somewhere in my s10+ to remove animations like completely. I almost took it off right away because it's so noticeable that I almost didn't like it, but I figured I might get used to its speed sooner than later. Now that it's been a couple weeks, I feel like maybe it makes my phone a little slower or something, like it's trying to use too much of its power and acting buggy, but maybe spotify just needs an update

Only correct way to do this test would be to do test multiple times in a row way you are seen doing it then you must switch the phones with each others position and for test multiple times in a row to make sure that your dominant hand isn't affecting the outcome in the sense that your dominant hand may. React and be hitting button a fraction of a hair quicker because its used more daily

Finally Watching on my S10 Plus. And I must say after coming from the note 9 I love the touch the feel and the speed of the S10 plus over the note 9. Don't get me wrong I still like the note 9 but man the S10 Plus rocks. And the speaker loudness is definitely a lot better

@@nickackermanchannel I have the US carrier unlocked version of the Note 9 and the latest patch was the February patch. I mainly downgraded because it made some apps like Instagram blurry and pixelated. I'll upgrade once more patches come out, but I honestly dislike the bubble/iPhoney element in the One UI. After having used the One UI and now back to the Experience UI, I honestly don't see how the new UI helps with one handed use. Once a becomes large enough, you can't really use it with one hand anyway. Let's see what iOS13 brings. Samsung has already played its cards.

With all the power these phones have they still stutter when you're switching between task. A problem you don't see on iPhone. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the OS, as the hardware is more than powerful enough to give a smooth experience all the time! Hopefully Google addresses this in Android Q.

I personally use two black exynos note 9s every day. Well worth the nearly 2 and a half thousand pounds. The s10 - and all notch or hole punch solutions are hideous. The note 9 is the perfect device. PERIOD.
