How much more compensation do they want from Nigeria.They have been longest in the leadership of Nigeria and most of the revenue goes to the North through their many LGC.The development in the south is mainly self sustained through investments as it were in Abuja the federal capital. They should blame themselves particularly their leaders who didn't spend their allocations for appropriate development projects or not enough for their economy.The way to go now is to deploy true federation or regional government.

Northern Nigerians can never claim that they were ever marginalized by anybody. They have always held on to power without using it to develop the country or develop Northern Nigeria. As a matter of fact, Northern President Buhari just completed 8 years in office. What did Northern Nigeria or Nigeria as a country benefit from Buhari's maladministration? Instead of the politicians coming together to seek ways of feathering their own nests, they should seek the face of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, and ask for forgiveness for their misdeeds and political sins over the past decades.

I have seen this question asked in the comment section where has this league been when things seems to be completely out of control in the Northern part of the country? Surprisingly the noise makers in the north are never seen in gatherings like this both they feature prominently in all the television stations across the nation, X handle and other social media. They are good at criticizing the administration but never feature in gatherings that focus in problems of the north but very active during election time in the country. It is hoped that the Northern politician will not focus only on how to win election but direct their energy towards the development of the north.
