I was going around a lake at sunset but I lost sight and got stuck in the weeds in a shady spot. I swam out to grab it with my buddy revving the engine so I could find it 😂. This thing rips needless to say, lots of great electronics and parts out of the box.

Great video....I'm curious as to the ease of lubricating the prop shaft. I have an older mini Proboat, and you have to detach the motor. Thanks, Michael

Glad you liked the video thank you! It isn't hard to lube the shaft, take two 10mm wrenches and loosen the coupler thats on the motor, holding the flex shaft. Pull the prop and shaft out. Easy

No range issues, I don't drive further than 50-60 feet because the boat is small to see that far. Never ran out of range. Water proofing is great too, very little bit inside after a 15 minute run which is fine. Just pop the top and dry whatever it is, throw another battery in and your good to go!

I have a 1995 rc10t team associate stadium truck, that I just took out the box, since the early 2000s. I want to upgrade to a 3 or 4 S what do you recommend

I wouldn't run it on anything more than a NiMh battery. Reason being that transmission and gears are made for batteries at that time. If you put 2-3x the voltage you'll grenade the transmission first time out. Run it for what it is or keep it on the shelf is my advice!

What's a good website to get parts? I bought mine at an expo and just opened it and it didn't have the plastic antennae cover that keeps water out of the hull.

The Proboat Recoil 18 is a rebranded Joysway Suoer Mono X and Atomic RC Recoil 18. The difference is you are paying 85 dollars more for the Color and Proboat sticker. I have all 3. I prefer the Joysway in red and black. It's only 119 dollars compared to the 200 recoil which is a rebrand like all of Proboats are. If you want something better than both get the Mini Dominator 17 inch. It runs circles around the pro boat recoil and Joysway Super MOno X.

Don't compare me to talbot. I'm doing what I do because I enjoy it. I don't care about the percentages. I took 8 months off KZbin last year because I had things I needed to prioritize in my life. KZbin alg stopped pushing my videos as a repercussion, I already foresaw it coming. I know what I need to do to be successful on KZbin. But right now, I'm enjoying what the 52k subscribers didn't subscribe for, that is boats. They all want car speedruns, my speed road got torn up in construction. So I'm only enjoying myself now I don't care how I act to you, them, or anyone. Had a hard time last year so I'm genuinely just trying something new, that I now actually like and I'm not letting "views" get in my way of enjoying something.
