Plaintiff is Ghetto and appears to be HIGH (drunk or drugs) in court today. She also embarrassed herself in court by her ignorance and moving in with a man she barely knew.I believe the Defendant to be frank. He seemed to be a gentleman. I'm a retired 20 yr Realtor & current Real Estate Investor in Georgia. Georgia Landlord & Tenant laws says that all a person or a landlord needs to do is give the other party a 60 day written notice to vacate the property (no reason required). That is whether there is a lease or not and whether the lease has expired or not. The fact that she did, in fact, "Constructively Evicted" by making it impossible to live there due to the fear of his safety was just icing on the cake. That meant he didn't even have to provide a 60 day notice. BOOM!!! Bye Girl!!!
