In a debate, Nadir Ahmed was trying to defend the well with the dead dogs and tampons hadith, by saying that survivalists like Bear Grylls would need to make do with whatever water was available, but this isn't at all like that. This is for ritual wudu, not the choice between someone dying of thirst or drinking what's available. This also goes hand in hand with Q4:43, where if there isn't even any filthy water available, that verse decrees that the solution is to smear "clean dirt" all over yourself. But science knows that there's a lot of filth in outdoor dirt that appears to be clean. The appropriate solution should've been to do wudu only if clean water is available. And on top of that, wudu is traditionally done without soap, so that results in spreading feces from the left poo-wipe hand to the right food-eating hand.

Just apply this teaching of Christ in Muhammad's life and see what we get. The point is, Christ taught that people cannot divorce their God-given spouse for any reason they like. According to Christ, divorce in God's eyes is when one spouse sexually cheats on the other spouse with someone else. No other grounds for divorce in the eyes of God. In Muhammad's case, Muhammad married his adopted son's wife even though she was sexually faithful to her husband Zayd. So, that divorce isn't divorce in God's eyes and hence Muhammad sexually violated Zaynab in God's eyes. Beware of Satan's messenger Muhammad.

The mosques at the time didn't have carpet. This shows how little you actually know. It was dirt, sand, or gravel. It would be immediately absorbed by whichever surface was there at the time. What would you do? Scrub the dirt? I'm sure if Javex was available they'd use that instead. In your own words, "who am I to question the wisdom of al-islam?" I've studied the Quran as a hobby, people seem to twist what it is saying, this book however seems more like someone wanting to piggyback off the fame of the Quran. the bible is extremely scientific, just check out Isaiah 40:22, Psalm 104:5, Joshua 10:12-13, Leviticus 11:6, Leviticus 11:20-23, now you can always disregard science and believe in young earth creationism ( you are obligated as you have genealogies in the bible while the Quran has no such thing), you can also believe that standing on a high building will allow you to see the earth, you can also believe plants came before the sun but you also refute that a few verses after saying no plants had sprung up yet, so which is it(but guess what, you can also forget about logic and trash the law of non-contradiction, but in doing so you trash your intellect and rely on blind emotional faith. you can also believe that the earth has four corners with angels standing at each (Revelation 7:1, Isaiah 11:12, Revelation 20:8) and that heavens and the earth have pillars (Job 9:6, Job 26:11, Psalm 75:3). these are all justified for an ancient Jew or Christian or whatever who had no idea of the natural word, but contradictions and scientific errors are not fit for the all-knowing God. you have two options, leave logic and science, or leave Christianity. they say, Islam fails without lies. i say, Christianity fails without emotions.

Well, this is entirely about context. Pure is not in the sense that there isn't anything in water, it is more about the permissibility of using it for islamic cleansing rituals. That is why muslims perform ablution after passing wind, not because they are cleaning anything physically but because it is a spiritual thing. So pure here is translated from the arabic word "tohar" (I have butchered it, I know) but this word does not have the same connotation of pure as used in English. It is a case of either poor translation or simply lack of appropriate word to represent the concept in English. Islam still sucks in many ways.

How would you prove robot has consciousness using empirical data. How do you prove to blind man what color red is using empirical data. In theory, robot can be programmed to move its hand when it touches hot surface. How do I know its having the experience of hot using test tube(Deduction/induction). The only thing i am certain of is that i have experience of hot. This experience can only come from entity that can already experience existence (Allah-one/indivisible/self-sufficient/unique/All-Loving infinite perfection). If you cannot prove your own consciousness using “scientific method”, then how can you reject the existence of Perfect/infinite metaphysical being(Allah)? “Cogito ergo sum”( I think therefore I am) should be read as “cogito ergo est”(I think therefore Allah is).
