thing is with isis it's hard to say defeat cause if you think about it U.S. could do way with all of them if there wasn't restraints on our military what's the difference is where there loyalty and allegiance changes so technically you'll never be able to get rid of it cuz they're not on paper as as a civilian or isis member... cause you come to our country you can tell who's who military or civilians.... it's sad cause some our boys U.S and U.K loss good men for that simple reason of loyalty and changing of allegiance... cause I don't think there a formal on paper thing in that country
