A little off-topic, but here is a fun way of practicing conscious manifesting to keep life lighthearted. I think I learned it from Fredrick Dodson, I can't remember. Pick three small things to manifest and see how long they take to come to you. I recently picked a white butterfly, a white cat , and red rose. After a week a white butterfly came to me in my yard, 5 days later I went to put my trash outside at night and a white cat came near my house (last night). I have never seen a white cat in my neighborhood before. What is cool about this is it helps confirm our beliefs on attracting our manifestations instead of taking massive action for them. I have a feeling if I didn't take out the trash and sat on my couch doing nothing, that white cat wouldve come tapping on my window lol.

@@ch-qb7zr No, I visualize the butterfly, cat and rose while lying in my backyard on a sunny day in an extremely relaxed state. However, I do find my visualization to be more intense at night, especially after working a long day and feeling sleepy/dreamy. The Akin to sleep state is simple theta brain waves, we are mostly in theta brain waves right before and after sleeping.
