I really can't thank you enough Katherine! I have an anxiety/panic disorder, I've been dealing with it for 14 years. I often woke up throughout the night with a pounding heart and burning sensations down my arms. Stress and worry make it hard for me to turn off my mind. Your podcast/channel have been a life saver. I tried a few different ones before finding you. None of them clicked. But your calming voice and breath work before you start the story, helping guide your listeners to rest, was a huge blessing to me the first time I tuned in.
