I awakened at about midnight wondering why the lights were still on and I wasn't ready for bed (yes of course the kitties had been fed. Again.) It took me a couple of moments but then I realized that despite decades of severe insomnia I am now joyfully sleeping thanks to You at Nothing Much Happens. I had fallen asleep with the one device that I have, my cell phone which was off. I had it nestled up close to me. Like a teddy bear. All just in Anticipation of my new journey ahead. So I got ready for bed, fed the kitties yet another snack, turned out the lights and immediately blissed out. Again. How do I Thank thee, let me count the ways...

I changed my evening medication and it has caused me to wake up after 3 hours. I found your videos a couple of weeks ago. I told my doctor about you today. She said she would recommend this to her patients. I'm very thankful I found you.

Thank you Kathryn, you've changed my life. I suffered from insomnia for a long time, tried everything, then i realized cellphone is a major problem. Ever since I discovered you on Spotify I put my phone down and just listen to your stories, things started to improve. I never thought I could sleep on my own without the help of sleeping pills or pot again. So glad you're on KZbin here, another reason to cancel Spotify lol
