I currently use asana, and this looks much better, does notion allow you to have multiple team members with just access to some parts of the program? Does this notion template (The 497) includes the auto posting in each platform? also do you have any Q&A after purchase, if yes i would love to buy this.

Notion is a platform where you can plan, script, and organize content. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automate posts with Notion without extremely complex external automations that won't break. However, it would be nice if it was at all possible to do this. As per the Q&A thing, the dashboard includes multiple video tutorials that show you how to set up the dashboard to your needs and you can always reach out for support when you need to via the support ticket system I included.

Hey jay, me again, really looking forward to buy your template, i just have 1 more question before i do it. i do all my marketing and sales pipeline with another software, i do not need to use it in NOTION so my question is. The 497 plan includes exactly all of it, the media manager, all the agency dashboard setup, everything that i saw in this video but not the stripe and sales dashboard? or i do need to get the 997 if i want the complete agency operations dashboard ?

The 497 option only includes the Notion dashboard. This option is best for people who already have a front end to capture inbound leads or for those that do cold outbound only. For the 997 option, you'll get the complete agency operations. You'll get the Notion dashboard, Discovery Call, Closing Call, and Client Feedback forms that connect directly to Notion, Stripe, and Calendly for a seamless experience. These forms can also be connected to your landing page so when you get prospects visiting your page, they can easily fill in their info and book a call with you and all that data will be transferred into Notion.

Yes you can connect this to Zapier. I personally don't have it connected to it though given that Zapier does not support relation properties

@@PerrinCarrell Gotcha! Yeah there are many different ways you can get them done. You can use rollup properties to pull data from another database and use a formula property to calculate the sum of it (or whatever it is you're tracking) and turn the formula property into a percentage and have it show the progress bar.
