Good question. For me Clickup is more of a project management tool (that’s how I’ve always used it) whereas Scrintal is more about information/ideas management. Hope that helps.

Very interesting... wonder if this would help with my ADHD..... I currently use about 30 notebooks with information scattered everywhere. I like the Boards idea, reminds me of milanote. I'd never even tried notion.... maybe i'll give this a go.

Hey Steph, I think whatever system you trust is the best system! Sometimes it’s harder moving to something new as you spend more time setting it up and tweaking it (Notion) than you save in being more productive!

Many people with ADHD have told me they use Capacities as a note-taking tool because it's structured like your brain and takes so much friction out.

Hello Brother, new to your channel and new to Scrintal. Subscribed your channel. Question - I already have all my data in NOTION app, Can i move all my data from NOTION to Scrintal ? . Is it possible to migrate ? I loved this Scrintal , its good in organizing.
@ThatMarkGilroy9 ай бұрын
Thanks Ramesh! To my knowledge there isn’t an import tool but you can export your Notion pages in lots of ways. It might be a good opportunity for a clearout- my Notion was getting very cluttered!

@@ThatMarkGilroy Thank you bro for sharing. Noted it . Very helpful 😊. Love your channel ❤️

Thanks for your question Ramesh. Indeed you can import your Notion notes into Scrintal. Here's how you can do it: 1. Export your Notion notes as .md archives (group of .md files). 2. In Scrintal, navigate to My Cards under the Browse section of the sidebar. 3. Click the three dots in the top right corner (next to the Spotlight button). 4. Select the “Import cards” option. 5. Choose the folder containing the .md files you wish to import. Done!

Love this! Will defo be taking advantage of your discount. Thank you! I’ve tried notion a few times and find it really doesn’t work for me. This however looks a game changer for organising my visual mind! Hold on grandad…😅😅 no Billy bookcase in sight! 😂

There’s plenty of Billy’s in our place- I may even have gone ‘double Billy’ at one point 😉

PS You may also want to take a look at Milanote which doesn't have as full a feature set for knowledge management as Scrintal but operates on similar principles for mind-mapping.

Tbh it all depends on how your Notion workflow works. Thing amazing about Notion is that if you can set it up properly, you can do virtually anything.

Absolutely agree. I need to have a good rebuild of my Notion setup as it's gotten very cluttered over the years.

So this is an ad and not really a recommandation?
@ThatMarkGilroy Жыл бұрын
Can it be both? I never EVER recommend something I don't use/own myself - I've had access to this for a month now and it's significantly improved my workflows in a number of areas (some of which I highlight here).
