Google the cities with the highest murder rate and DC isn't even in the top 17! And that's where the list ended. I saw crazy and it was when Rayful was out. I have a yearbook of classmates that never made it out of the 80s. People getting shot, execution style, over stepping on someone's shoes. Not saying there isn't violence in dc. But dc was crazy when it was the murder capital. Baltimore is much worse. There are places you can't go to in Baltimore in the middle of the day on a busy street with the police around the corner.
