If Texas can’t do the logical: name Arch Manning the team QB1 from Saturday on until he decides to leave the school via the NFL draft then Notre Dame (and when I say Notre Dame I mean Pete Bevacqua) should immediately offer AM the Notre Dame QB1 position via a transfer.
