The fan base made it clear they wanted him, we’re some of the best in the league and with our players and manager have kept our team up this season! Fantastic squad, we keep them now we’ve survived! WELL DONE NOTTINGHAM FOREST, on staying in the EPL. BTW I'm a Man City fan, but this is nothing to do with today's results. I actually wanted City to have to win tomorrow to win the EPL. But I really wanted Forest to stay up. Love Steve Cooper and I'm 57yrs so I grew up with Forest in Division 1 and winning trophies etc. So well done.

At the start of the season, I always pinned my colours to Forest surviving and I predicted 17th, but I knew it would be tough and anything higher would be a bonus. As a first-year Premier League team, we are where we should be, the club had to undergo a massive overhaul and it would take time but our injuries have been a challenge too. But the constant in all the trauma was Steve Cooper who is something really special and despite efforts from outside forces got the backing from our very special owner Mr Evangelos Marinakis and his backing has led to this joyous day. Thank You, Matt, what has seen you back Forest even though you support Coventry is that both teams are traditional clubs rooted in their communities

As a Forest fan we have had 2 seasons now ending on an amazing high, and yes cooper is the difference, but I want to give a shout out to Evangelos Marinakis, not an easy season and very easy to get rid of your manager during hard times but, he stuck with cooper and backed him all the way, even when his better judgement was probably telling him to change, so Thank you, we believe Steve is the man for us and the love the guy has from the fans is something I haven't seen since the cloughie days. Maybe, just maybe, we have the next Forest legend! 💪

forest fans are very deserving of respect, of all the bad performances & batterings, never have i heard a groan or boos towards the players. thats a proper support there because they know that they cant go and expect there team to finish on an all time high. think cooper & the players are already like their friends and family. they would love to see the squad do well but will also support and encourage them when times are hard,
