I'm studying Arabic now, and I've memorized a few of the shorter Surahs, I'm still a whiles away. but I've already noticed improvement with the minimal knowledge I've obtained, I hope within a few years I'll be able to at least get the basics down. Same, I had no purpose besides making myself happy and my parents slightly happy by taking off their burden and keeping the peace in the household. Now I realize I can't make even myself happy let alone my parents. Happiness comes and goes and Allah SwT protects us and guides us to the right path. What I needed was a purpose of my own and I think I know what it is now after being alive for 28 years. I felt marginilized for being in between everyone's artificial (social) boundaries, yet I have obvious leadership skills and natural decisiveness, even social and political awareness. What I want to work for is make a place for myself and others to come and to integrate as a people in this country where my generation lived for all of our lives with justice and mercy. It's time I took responsibility, instead of looking down on others for not fully integrating or failing in a society that's not making it easy for minorities to succeed or resenting the fact that I have no place even if I try so hard. I know what it takes I just need to step up and show others how far we can get if we work smart and hard. For starters we need representation in the government that is not completely bonkers (but profilates being Muslim) or totally has let go of their Muslim identity just to assimilate. I want to integrate: stay myself and participate. If I and others who have the guts and talents to pave that way we can create acceptance for generations to come. I have this unique perspective of the inside and outside, even though it makes me afraid to exercise leadership outside the house because I am afraid of being blamed if I end up making a mistake. But my vision is legitimate and is above the judgments of others and I feel passionately it's necessary to help my people become equals to those that already live here. I'll have to take it as being too afraid of stuttering like prophet Musa a.s. and just take those steps towards influencing government. (But first things first: finish my applied psychology degree.)

That was the ultimate grand destination! ... SubhanAllah. I wonder at what age or time of his life did SAW go there? Only a few days ago that I know Allah Azzawajal Has invited me to perform Hajj in Aug 2019. My heart has been yearning for this pilgrimage for a number of years through trials and tribulations. At first, I thought I was not ready to go but Allah knows better! ... Alhamdulillah. Now I feel elated that Allah Has chosen me to go for Hajj when I'm in the best of health and the best of timing! Alhamdulillah. And it will be the happiest time of life! ... InsyaAllah. Perseverance and patience and trust in Allah and that Allah Azzawajal Has the perfect plans for us if we try our best to stay in the straight path in this transient world! I wonder how would I feel after I've done my pilgrimage? ... I hope I will be contented and ready to meet Allah Azzwajal in the Hereafter! ...
