All those meals looked so delicious! I love Mary’s Nest and Farmhouse on Boone and that sweet picture you shared of you and Anna and Becky! Definitely need to make those English muffins! Good to know about the half and half!

I have learned here in Canada, Great Value brands have extra things in them I can’t pronounce. I started reading all my labels. Cheaper $ value doesn’t mean better.

Thanks for sharing these meals. I been getting into chopped salads more instead of starchy sides. My husband I share a potato. Sorry to hear about the hidden ingredients of half and half and whipping cream. Will have to look out for them.

I used her recipe too. I think you’re supposed to put a lid on them, to steam them. 😊 You look ravishing in your robe! Lol Our Gabled Home has great sourdough recipes! She’s from Germany.

Hey Tanji. Do you have access to local milk where you could skim the cream? It’s so hard to find good heavy cream. Also, if you split the English muffins with a fork you will get more nooks and crannies. I have also added a bit more flour to that recipe at night and am able to roll and let them rise in the morning before cooking. It does add a step bit imo the final product is a bit better.

I love these types of videos! You’re giving us lots of ideas for delicious and nutritious meals. I would love to try making sour dough but it always feels so overwhelming and intimidating to me.

I have enjoyed the organic sweet cream coffee creamer from Sam's club. Organic cream, organic milk, organic cane sugar, i still have my fun of creamer but I feel at least a little more ok with it

I have made farmhouse on boone's english muffins a few times now! They do seem doughy in the middle until you toast them! Happy to see you again!

I don’t shop at Aldi, but I’ve never seen that. Thank you for the newsflash about half and half etc… Thats sad! It is very frustrating.

Heads up when using honey use a plastic or wooden spoon…. Regular silverware kills the good stuff in honey. I just learned that the other day

Question: I recently was told not to use metal utensils with raw natural honey that it kills the enzymes in the honey. Does anyone know if this is correct or not? Thank you. Great video Tangi, I’m enjoying this journey with you.
