Thank u so much sir. Ur revision videos are awesome. The followings may help others SEC 10- Prohibitory Order- Manner of service of Order. A- Delivering/tendering to the person or his Auth.Agent. B- Through R.P.A.D or Speed post to his last known(Res.Address/Business Adress/Work Address) C- If couldn't serve in above manner then, Affix order on the Outer door or any conspicuous part of premises of his last known(Res/bus/work Address) with 2 eye wittness. SEC 14A- SURRENDER OF RC A- Apply-Form FC-7 to CG B- CG may make such inquiry and satisfy that i) Such person has not contravened any provisions of this act ii) Management of FC and Assets created out of FC vested in with the authority prescribed by CG Validity of RC expires on the date of acceptance of Application. SEC 18- INTIMATON Every person having RC/PP Shall 1. Submit signed/ digitally signed report in FORM FC-4 within 9 months from the close of FY accompanied with statement of INC/EXP, RECPT/PAYMNT, And B/S. 2. Submit ANNUAL RETURN in FORM 2 FC-4 giving particulars of funds received and utilized in the exclusive bank a/c. 3. For only articles/Foreign security file Form FC-1.(Certify by CA for POINT2and 3) 4. FC-4 shall be accompanied by Copy of statements with particulars, duly certified by bank officers/auth. person in FEMA. Preserve A/c statements for 6yrs Even if no fc recvd or utilised file NIL Report in that regard. However CA certificate is not required if No FC Rcvd or utilised. SEC 21- INTIMATION BY CANDIDATE OF ELECTION On recpt of FC within 180 days immediately preceding the date when he is nominated to the election: - Intimate to CG- FORM FC-1 within 45days from date of nomination - Amount. Source, Manner,purpose, manner of utilisation.

Why is direct delivery by PRI of foreign contribution to persons under 3(1) not covered in the prohibitions? Kind of does not make sense - considering that PRI cannot accept on 3(1)'s behalf too.

@@kevinharia-cacscfacoach1131 sir one more doubt if you can clarify... 1. in section 17, only SBI has to report the Amt, Source & Manner of FC or other banks like kotak where a normal account for transferring FC is opened?? 2. Or does it mean that the individual who has opened a FC account (not a normal a/c) with kotak is required to report the transactions of FC??
