@48:00 Lrs is available for individual as well as other than individual. But in Icai SM, it is given as LRS only for Ind. And trust , corp , huf , firms cannot avail LRS... Please clarify ...

Please clarify this doubt of mine.. the > 182 days in the preceding year criteria will not matter for a PROI. The only thing to be seen in the 'CY' is whether the person is coming for employment etc. Thanks.

I don't think depreciation is book entry in sec 6 you mentioned. I think it's about replenishing the existing investment which is depreciated for any reason I think you missed in the flow.nice video sir thanks

@@finalcamay2016 There is no specific regulation dear. You can find it in ICAI study material through definition of current account transaction. Under Import section, refer last point which states about guarantee for leases (which implies leases = import = current acc)
