I disagree that Novak did the phone thing bc he was angry. Ben behaved quite arrogantly, had no respect for Novak, was loudly celebrating like a football player on the sideline, and then at the handshake he stared him down with an evil eye. I was very open to Ben as a UF grad and his attitude was really disappointing to me. I love that Novak did the phone gesture to basically say “here’s how I feel about your nonsense, grow up!”

Couldn’t agree more. Winning a single point when Djokovic had won 6 on the trot and standing there chest puffed out saying look at me. If anything he looked foolish and a poor imitation of when Alcarez does it. Djokovic schooled him! Won’t be watching him again!

I was disappointed with Ben showing no respect for Novak during the handshake after the match.He was very brash and arrogant during the match

Nice vid! 👍 Djokovic has had the easy draw. Medvedev has hit the final playing at his best... ...Djokovic has been far from his best. Hopefully he can kick into gear for the final and erase disappointing '21 US Open final memories. I'm definitely hoping so. It'd be great to see Djokovic with GS🏆#24. But Medvedev deserves #2 too! So all up an interesting final.
