Not smooth like a yamaha psr keyboard.. a little harder than that... but not quite hard like roland... gives a nice feeling... better say smooth

If this is your first keyboard you ll not feel anything. If you are from piano background you may find the keybed cheap.

Yes... I also had the same problem at the first time... You have to change the audio driver to ASIO driver or a Sound Card driver if you have... Because the normal audio driver on computers have a latency. Try that!... If you don't have ASIO driver, download it from internet.

It depends on your DAW. You can select the plugin you need. It automatically works with Ableton live.
