I dearly love the sound of my Novation Summit, but I wish it wasn't so riddled with firmware bugs. It's been 2 1/2 years since you released your "Flagship" synthesizer, any chance we'll see a firmware release fixing all these bugs? Many of us Summit owners have been waiting patiently...

Absolutely, thanks for your patience with this Scott. Not sure we'd agree that it is "riddled" but there are certainly issues that we have been working on, such as controlling voices 9-16 with VCA gain and from external MIDI, that we had hoped to be able to address much sooner. While it’s regrettable that addressing these has taken so long due to a number of complications the team has encountered, please rest assured that this is being worked on and the team are now closing in on an update that will address these and a number of other issues the community has raised with us. While putting a timescale on these releases will always be guesswork, it’s looking likely we may be able to release this update before the end of the year or possibly early 2022. This update addresses what we prioritised based on our own thoughts and what the community has raised, but it does not address all the issues we have found. We are committed to continuing support on the firmware to address more of these issues in future updates.
