This is excellent information. It's good to see CAR-T is solidly here and Bispecifics are beginning to be tamed and more fully understood. As a FL patient I began treatment 7 years ago - the day after my bone marrow test showed "my bone marrow is 95% infected with Lymphoma." Now, I'm under "Watch and Wait" until my well spread relapsing disease increases in "bulk." I keep myself informed, positive and feeling blessed as I have 100% trust for my Onc as his team.

How do you help under 60 year old FL patients who fall in the cracks that don't have health insurance, and can not qualify for a trial?

Super unfortunate that I cannot find any oncologist who is willing to try the bi-specific drugs. I am running out of time and do not have it in me to do more chemo or car-t. The medical establishment in this country is a complete joke. Planning my funeral at 57. Thanks for nothing. Did I mention I have drain plugs in my kidney? Only one working kidney, the other got destroyed with the R-chop . My dog gets better care than most people. Such hope but out of reach…

Again, let me say, it is really a shame, these are not being used as first line. I am now chemo-toxic, and even the doc at the Mayo doesn’t think he can get approval for this for me. Do they want to save lives or just make a crap ton of money. Yes I am frustrated because I am only 57 and almost dead. The world of oncology sucks.
