James is moping around at the Lomaxes, getting in Leela and Joel's way. Leela tricks Ste into coming over, hoping he'll talk to James, but Ste refuses. Leela later apologises to Ste and asks him to speak to James. When they all sit down together, James at first tries to apologise but then makes Ste angry again when he makes his feelings about Leah and Lucas clear. When James later goes to try and say sorry again, he finds his keys don't work and Ste has had the locks changed, locking him out...

He definitely can't tell James not to come back to said house. I don't care if it's equal or not. Also Ste and his kids are definitely annoying. He just let's them do whatever.

Ste is being extra locking James out of his own home and should probably spend less time scheming with Sienna and focus on whatever is going on at home, but for someone supposedly intelligent James is a moron who really knows how to make a bad situation worse. What does he think he's going to achieve constantly bad mouthing Leah and Lucas to Ste and insisting he doesn't want them around? Does he think Ste's going to be like "you're right, they are brats. I'm going to kick them out". James didn't have to take them to Benidorm, but he could have at least acted like a grown up and made some sort of effort to clear the air if for no other reason than presumably he wants to stay married. It might not work, especially with Lucas and his unexplained personality transplant, but I'd have more respect for him if he at least tried.
