Thank you. The actual events that led to the demise of Indira Gandhi - Operation Bluestar and relevant other attacks throughout the Punjab, as well as the martial law that lasted for much of the decade - have many comparisons, but one stands out the most: the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh masscre by the British. 1984 was far, far worse on so many levels, however the Indian academics and 'intellectuals' who will never let India or the world forget about 1919 never discuss 1984. One of the most heartbreaking, alienating, tragic moments in Sikh/Indian history. One Bengali judge, who did the report for Amnesty International - hence non-partisan - spent months doing the research and interviews, and summed it up as he could not understand why Indira Gandhi did it, other than her sadistic desire to stamp on the Sikhs' throats, and traumatise them to such a degree they'd never contemplate 'Independence' again. Truth was, as even Indian MPs who interviewed Bindrawhale, he never asked for Khalistan, though the calls for it were amplified post-1984 by many ordinary Sikhs who simply could not understand Indira Gandhi's sadism, or the lack of support from fellow 'Indians' who took to calling us all separatist terrorists.

@@noobiotandroidtamil Thank you. As a NRI, who was 19 in 1984, I was not only shocked by the Indian government's actions, but the attitudes and views of my friends of Indian descent here in the UK, who 100% believed the propaganda, and gaslit me and us Sikhs into trying to accept it was all our fault. Btw I worked with Indian Artists and so-called Intellectuals, who swallowed the propaganda 100%. There was zero sympathy. This was also pre-internet, so while us Sikhs were getting information from Punjabi newspapers such as Desh Pradesh as well as from friends and family in the Punjab - some of whom were persecuted by the state authorities, it was heartbreaking... Additionally, I have friends in Kerala (will be visiting Tamil Nadu soon!!!), and again all of them also swallowed the state propaganada. It was a good lesson not to wholly blame the general British population - or others - including the so-called liberal intellectuals, when they believe the BS media's claims about all these wars against the so-called terrorists, including the current BS in Israel... People believe what they choose to believe... Thank you for your kind words.

@@green___apple Thank you. I don't think it's about Hindu this or that, it's about media propaganda and people not challenging what they choose to believe. E.g. Now, with Modi exploiting this entire Hindutva. Is there anyone on this planet that does not believe the plain facts that India's history is built 100% on the fusions of both traditional Dravidian Hindusim as well as modern Rg Veda Hinduism? To claim otherwise or deny this is madness. India is one of the very oldest, most sophisticated, civilised cultures on the planet. We may never know fully how strong and powerful it was pre-Moghul, pre-British invasions. Yes, there were flaws... Sikhism's genesis, in my view, began when Guru Nanak was thoroughly confused and upset by Akbar's sacking of Eminabad and Lahore. The rest is history. However, even my very best, again so-called well-informed, so-called 'intellectual' friends know nothing about Sikh History. They have read zero books on Sikhism, yet condemn it easily based on the Newspaper propaganda they read. While some such as myself have zero interest in worldly politics, many Sikhs, including my own family, are just as human as the conservative Hindus who get fooled by the propaganda, and... Well, I am sure you know plenty about where we are at in the modern world too. Families fight, but they are much stronger together, is my overall view.

Simaran don't put blame of Jihadi congress on Sangha. It was evil plan of Jihadist present in congress. Indira Gandhi in 1968 visited Babur’s tomb in Afghanistan . It shows her evil plan for Islamization of Bharat . In 1984 he weakend Sikhs/Hindus of Punjab and in 1989/1990 he forced Hindus/Sikhs to leave Kashmir . Don't paddle such evil propaganda. Sangh was , is and will be with its Sanatan brothers ( Hindu , Sikh , Jain , Bodh ). United front of Sanatan (Hindu , Sikh , Jain , Bodh ) is called Sangh .

What we need to remember and never forget is that this Genocide started in June 1984 and then the most barbaric continuation of the genocide in Delhi and across India in Nov 1984, and then further continuation in the 1990’s with the fake encounters of Sikh youth and activists like shaheed Bhai Jaswant Singh Khalra And not forgetting the ecocide, environmental, cultural, religious Genocide of the land of our ancestor's, our beautiful Punjab. They took land away from Punjab to create new states. We will never forget, the pain the injustice Our current situation is awful, we need ekta but most our leaders sellout for money or for seats We will never be excepted unless we are slaves to the Indian state and except we part of there dharam Never forget the pain, the trauma of 1984

As a born Hindu, I have always respected Shikhs, Jains, Bauddhas and any religions of India. It is very hard to believe that, the religion which was formed in the 15th century, went under 'genocidal killing' after 400 years without any previous history of conflict. The video makes it seem like the people of other religions were just waiting for so long for an incident like assassination of PM Indira Gandhi to this 'genocide'? The intention of the video is really doubting. Congress which was ruling then, was completely involved in killing of Sikhs in Delhi. Congress can't wipe their hands of the blame for this incident. The facts and quotes in the video are also partial. All information should have come from multiple religion's significant figures and government officials. Evidence should also be given, and not just quotes and speculations. If these people are genuine then please make the detailed video on Kashmir and Kerala genocides also.
