Okay very rude of youtube to not have sent me this notification oops. Anywayyyy, YAY for Mask of Mirrors. Mr. Peabody for the win & totally with you on not catching onto who the Rook was lololol. Hope you love the rest of the series just as much. And oh I had not heard anything about McCarthy, thanks for enlightening me a bit. Anyway, impressive that it made your cold stone heart feel some things, wow 🤣 Also, love to see that we both picked up 80% of the same books in the indie sale lol. Hope we both love them!!

Yaaaaas The Shadow Rising is probably one of my favorites in the Wheel of Time too! After reading Malazan and the Realm of the Elderlings....WoT is my favorite of those massive series lmao. Maybe someday I'll reread in 20 years if/when Rosamind Pike finishes renarrating the series lmao And the Rook and Rose is SO GOOD. Love that you're having such a good time!

@ well I mean Malazan was overall pretty mid for me, realm of the Elderlings has had the highest highs and probably the lowest lows averaging out somewhere ahead of Malazan. WoT was the most consistently up my alley but also had the pretty tedious slog…so while none of them are favorites of all time as an entire series I think wot was the most consistent 🤔
