Really love your videos and I just purchased you budget tracker. It is perfect. Exactly what I would want. I just want to mention one thing. You referenced Minoxidil for your hair care. I just want to throw a big word a caution your way. I tried Minoxidil as I am almost 50 and have very fine hair. When I did the research on it, which I should have done before I bought it, I discovered that Minoxidil is highly toxic to cats, even with casual exposure. Cats have no way of metabolizing it, so very small amounts can become very dangerous for them. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you were not aware. I know how much you love your kitties. I have three as well. Otherwise, keep up the hard work.

Thank you so much!! I hope you love the budget tracker!! Thanks for mentioning that, I did learn about this after using it for a couple of weeks. Glad nothing happened when I didn't know, I wish they put a warning on the bottles 🤯 I've been super careful to isolate where I apply it and I wear a silk cap over my hair to bed to be sure I don't transfer it.

24:47 When you said that Notion was key for big changes, are you referring to building your Etsy shop, KZbin channel, and other endeavors? ❤ Or were there other key factors that you think were fundamental to your success? ❤ For goals, I’d like to become entrepreneurial, travel while working remotely, and improve my health overall. I’ve been stuck in thought loops / fear / burnout for years. 😭 When you said that writing things down and for it to be organized is what helps you, that super duper resonated with me; I ALWAYS have to have a notebook to write things down but I cannot organize it to save my life 😅

My biggest advice is just start, you'll learn as you go and take advantage of the first stages when not that many people are watching to figure out how to get better with each video! And also dont spend too much on gear to get going, a decent mic and your phone are plenty! Capcut is amazing for editing for free to start! Best of luck, cant wait to watch <3

I'm so glad someone is talking about seasonal decor. I barely even buy Christmas decor beyond a tree and some lights (I'd rather invest in presents for my loved ones and myself), I've always thought having new decor for every freaking holiday seems so exhausting and financially wasteful. Every time a new holiday comes around my feed is flooded with "LETS MAKE A BOO BASKET" "$200 VALENTINES RESTOCK" and I just think it seems so excessive. I like my house to look the same year round lol!

Question - is there a way to track refunds in such a way that it then deducts previous spending from a spending category? For instance, if i have a shopping expense category and receive a refund for a previous purchase, can have that amount deducted from my previous spend?

Question: since the monthly budget it set up on the set-up page, do we go back to this page to change our budget every month? If we do change our budget every month, would it affect the rollover number for previous months? Would changing budget on the set-up page mess with any other numbers each month?
@GabbyPeterson179 күн бұрын
You can! I like to set values I will typically try to stick to there, and then I just overwrite the formulas in the monthly tabs to edit the budget as needed! The budget setup will change everywhere the formulas are used. So if you want to keep the data of your budget for year end review, I would edit the budget values in the monthly tab itself.

One of the best and sincere video. Thank you for sharing your experience. I started with doing some research on finance in 2023 and started planning for retirement because I’m growing older each day and I won’t have this much energy in the future. I started at 30. It was already late to start considering I should have started so much sooner. But in a year+ I could get up to 15k on quite low income. This still feels so slow because we all want things fast these days. 100k seems so far away but by seriously thinking and manifesting it will work out. Head knowledge and let’s work for it.

love that you acknowledge your privileges at the start of this video, very refreshing. I didn't grow up with many of those privileges but still in multi 6 fig net worth. anyone can do it, some have greater privileges which is a beautiful thing for them. I used to feel that since I didn't have those things, I would not be able to create wealth and success, but I still did through healing, mindset, and resourcefulness. Now with so many financial channels and information readily accessible, I hope everyone goes after financial freedom, even if we didn't grow up with certain privileges , so much is still possible.
