I bought one of these lowers and it was not drilled to spec. The hole for the trigger guard roll pin and the hole for the bolt catch roll pin were off. I have built many lowers and the chainsaw was by far the worst. It's not just a blem that makes them factory seconds. Mine didn't have a scratch on it.

I'm on a short break from work. Expect three or four more videos before I head back. Thanks for the support :) You're the reason why I make them. Cheers

He's back!!! Dude I love your reviews. Knives, pens, pocket watches, guns, etc... They're simply the best. Stunning in their simplicity and depth. Truly a picture is worth a thousand words and these videos really let the object speak for itself! I hope you find time to keep doin' what you've been doin'

I usually buy a complete upper and then put the stock, trigger, grip, etc. that I want into a stripped lower. I don't need any gunsmithing equipment to do it, and I get the rifle I want without the 11% Federal excise tax on completed AR's. It's cheaper, more fun, and more personal.

Why do you buy your firearms in parts? To modify existing firearms, or to build them from a collection of different pieces from different manufacturers?
