That was fun, don't forget the "plug check" to get a more definitive read on the mixture after a a tank or so.

agreed, plug reading is key

Finally understand how things work at 7.20 you explained it just perfectly for my brain to understand transfers and gas and power and piston 😂😂😂💯👊💯 we appreciate you bro😊

👍👍runs good! Loosen the flywheel, use a pointer or whatever and double up some duct tape on and old timing wheel. You can figure out exactly what you advance is, use a block of wood if recessed too far. I did a little video on it….if so inclined!

Baby steps often create the best end result👍🏻 Indexing spark plugs is something i always try to do but wont go crazy trying to get them perfect for "daily use" engines!

I wonder if you watched that same David Vizard video about modifying spark plugs too...

Ready to see the 3 saw showdown when your done with the 660
@kennytheguitarfanatic054 Жыл бұрын
Why not try putting bevels on the piston to try the transfer timing. Because if the saw does not run as good you can always put another piston in it. Instead of starting with another cylinder.
@Super-Dave-Outdoors Жыл бұрын
I think he already cut a pop up into the piston he is running but the bevels in the piston is a great tool to use.

After being inside both the holzfforma 660 and the farmmac 660, which is the better made product? Or are they literally the same thing inside?

Klotz nitropropane fuel additive??? Add a little oxygenate to that fuel
@novicelumberjack Жыл бұрын
That would be outright cheating. Not gonna do it. If you're referring to my little secret step, it is totally legal, but I bet I'm the only person who is gonna do it. And next year it will be banned. Just a guess. And the spark plug tip is from Corn Ped.

Nice job. That saw saw seems to run great. In your opinion does a saw like this have longevity?
@dubbssawshop Жыл бұрын
IMO longevity is there. But there will be small failures along the way, and very occasionally a large failure, since they do use cheaper parts. but if your a wrench person it'll be perfect.
