Novotel early 2023, check-in lil slow, suggested may have to wait for room, but ok, room not well finished, needs paint, stains on wall, a/c stuck on 20C, cold when off. Breakfast really good, many choices good taste, baked goods so so. Tissue and toilet paper sub par, both fall apart when wet. No carpet on floor 13 hall, so noisy talk and door closing. The 4 lifts are nice and available. Great bed, big pillows, 55 tv with all channels. Siam BTS is super crowded these days. We liked our multiple prior visits a bit more, did not return in 2024.

Hi Amichi! Thank you for watching my video and for sharing your insights on Novotel! Yes, I agree with you! The hotel needs some improvement in certain areas. It is a very old hotel after all, and although it was already renovated, some areas still need improvement. I think its best asset is its location. It is very close to Siam BTS station, Siam Center and Siam Paragon. Even CentralWorld is just a short walk away.
