I would like to select a recurring day of the week on which I want to rest. Is this possible?

When I edit new workout on my training plan I can not see this in my calendar.

What happen to "Now Available for Everyone" features? (Pre-built Training Plans, Race Calculations Table and Coach’s View)... The update/new features request Membership and nothing is showing as "available for everyone"

How can I select 3 training days per week? I'm only allowed to choose from 4-7 days in my ios app but I really only want to do 3 runs per week.

Currently we only offer 4 through 7 days but wee plan to expand more in the future!

today i did a 1 mile time trial. beat estimated time by 32 secs (20w average higher than estimated power). it even shows on graph that i outperformed the modeled ability. however my cp went down 7w after that run and now the estimated times are slower than before i did the time trial

Your 1 mile time trial pushed up your power duration curve, but since for example your 5 mile time didn’t get faster, your power duration curve now slopes downward more steeply which affects your overall critical power since cp is estimated using the upper ranges up to approximately 1 h.

@@willem8461 good point. but it should at least know that i'm capable of doing what i just did for that specific distance yet the estimated time increased
