That’s a little biased, there aren’t as many talented rappers making it but the ones that have made it have proven to be good as him or far better like Eminem, Joyner Lucas, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Ski Mask the Slump God, Drake, Etc. But he definitely doin’ his thing and should be up there
