Sad to see another war. But perhaps today we can send videos and have a dialogue and that will make a difference. Was traveling in India 1977 and stayed with Tibetan refugees. All the Dali Lama asked was for dialogue with the Chinese Communist Party but so far there has been nothing and the suffering continues there largely undocumented. In Belfast when growing up they finally saw sense and had a lot of dialogue and eventually got there. 1998. Thanks for posting. PEACE
