I love music, Bach, Beethoven, W.A. Mozart, Duke Ellington, King Crimson, Alice Cooper, Pink Floyd... and I love theses guys. I know I'm not normal but I'm happy !
@nigelstarkey46065 ай бұрын
In that case, I'm not normal either; from Beethoven, Lizst,Chopin, Mozart, Rachmaninov, Sibelius, to Morley, Weelkes, Gibbons,Byrd through Miles Davis, Monk, to Yes, Floyd, Motown, Nat King Cole, Beatles, The Sweet, T Rex, Amy Winehouse, Pat Boone, Chris Barber, Acker Bilk, Elvis. What would life be like without music? To say pretty dull would be the understatement to top all understatements.

Now is the month of Maying, When merry lads are playing, Each with his bonny lass, Upon the greeny grass, The Spring, clad all in gladness, Doth laugh at Winter's sadness, And to the bagpipe's sound The nymphs tread out their ground, Fie then why sit we musing, Youth's sweet delight refusing? Say dainty nymphs and speak, Shall we play barley break?

An update for our current situation: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now is the month of maying, when lads at home are staying Fa la la la la la la la la, fa la la la la la la Without a bonnie lass, the lonely hours do pass Fa la la la la la la la la, fa la la la la la la The Spring, in foppish gladness, mocks bitterly our sadness Fa la la la la la la la la, fa la la la la la la And silence, most profound, doth clothe the world around Fa la la la la la la la la, fa la la la la la la Fie, then, why sit we zooming, sweet calories consuming? Fa la la la la la la la la, fa la la la la la la Say, anarchists, and speak, shall we some havoc wreak? Fa la la la la la la la la, fa la la la la la la ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I got to know and love the King's Singers when Robin was still part of the group. In this performance he's already been replaced by Tim, who's undoubtedly a wonderful singer as well as all the other members. And now, in a few weeks time David's gonna retire -which leads to the fact that then there will only be Chris left from the (for me!) original constellation of the KS 😳💖🎶
