Can't say I'm a fan of Shiny Star V, opened 10 boxes when it came out looking for Marnie or the Zards, I think I didn't get a single card that was over $8. I expected it given the odds but still wasn't fun xv And yep, we're for sure going to see people priced out of English coming back to Japanese and realizing it was better all along haha

Gotta remember a year ago or less when the Japanese cards where the hot thing…. I member this. Said what’s goes around comes around, influencers will make them popular again that being said I’ve collected Japanese Pokemon for a long time always like them and the quality is top notch.

I totally agree. I’m not making content on this because I want fomo. I’m going to always collect at the cheapest option. Any language is fair game to me lol

I'm from Belgium and attend many conventions in both Belgium and the Netherlands. There's simply no market here for Japanese cards or singles. The prices are comparable to those in the US, and boosters are even cheaper. That said, the artwork and cards are practically identical. Fortunately, I'm a collector rather than an investor. I buy what I like, which makes it easier to stick to a budget. Thanks again for the great content!
