The first night rewatching I did question a few things: 1. Patricia writing a biok about her friends, using their names, but tells the class "I don't really like to talk about my friends" Janet whet?😂 2. Terry says we're successful, but only mentions himself, his wife, Patricia, and Gavin, as if Sheila having a haircare line is minimal, as well as Marcus's career as an ex-football player. 3. The gay couple mocking Harriet Tubman was so unecessary. 4. Marcus acting like a child, tit fir tat in exposing Terry and Diane not being intimate: cringe. 5. Terry getting back with his wife after she apologized, came to ger senses was ugh! 6. Patricia and Diane not wanting to tell Sheila her man was cheating was not a friendship at all. It was a good movie overall. I just couldn't get past seeing/hearing Madea whenever TP spoke. And him trying to get some from Diane was cringe! **Please do The Best Man Holiday. I forgot how good this movie was. I laughed, cried, laughed again on Saturday as we watched it. My old neighbor used to keep her daughter's brother sometimes when her ex came to see their daughter. I (being lesbian and knew nothing of that bm/ex otger kids dynamic) thought it was normal: guess not.
