Not setting Urgent schedule, not chaining Urgent schedule to catapults activation, linking away the Golem on your field for Balista instead of using the Gear fusion effect to fuse from the deck, this dude just threw hardcore and if he wanted could have otk'ed that DM player.

This is specifically because of how centralized YGO is on some hand-traps to actually allow for interaction vs modern cards. When you have YGO without Ash Blossom, Nibiru, or even Effect Veiler, but you allow cards from the last few years, you're gonna get a whole lot of dumb FTK nonsense. That's how Mayakashi FTK did anything for instance, it loses to all 3
