Two tips for making it a little more like the mass produced restaurant version. A. Stir the meat up in a bowl with a little corn starch, around and around for a minute. Add a couple or three tablespoons of water and keep stirring in one direction until all of the water is absorbed. It will make the meat tougher and chewier, like fake meat rather than like a ground meat patty. B. Give the cooked patties a quick dip in sauce that had been warmed. That's the way they used to do it. I'm not saying these steps will make the homemade sandwiches better, but it will make them more like the factory made versions that they sell in the restaurants. Great video. Looks like a top tier sandwich. I think it might be time to open Fat Andy's Air Fryer, a restaurant that cooks most things in air fryers.

I tried the mc rib yesterday for the first time and I thought it was ok but not worth what they charge for it . But what you just made Andy looks bloody delicious and I like the fact you add more pickles and onions as that is what the mc rib is lacking. You need to go down there and show them how it's done 👊

I've got to tell you Andy about a curry range I came across yesterday from a little corner shop, who sell all sorts,but found some frozen curries in the freezer called the Shahi kitchen brought three..a chicken madras, chicken tikka masala and a chicken balti,i tried the madras one last night very spicey but very tasty to and with some 6 decent size pieces of chicken and it was delicious to,the weight on the back says 340g,but you will not believe the price and I'm still shocked drum roll £1:59 now that is a bargain, they come from a company called Direct Food Solutions which is based in Willenhall in the Midlands,so you will have to review those 👍

Looked delicious 😋,but to replicate the scorch marks is to heat up a long handled knife sharpener over a gas hob or a barbeque to get it red hot then scorch the ribs, only way I've found 👍

see simple. £4.49, £4.89 and £4.99 were the 3 videos prices for a McRib. Really you made 2 for the price of 1 McD since the weight of there patty is not as much as your now. if you made it like the McD version you did not bulk it out with filler. you did not put and sugar or rosemary a recipe says it has in. I wonder if there is any difference just using a pork sausage and season it.

Hi FA I like your channel, but how about starting another channel, FA cooks? maybe do things like this, How to cook Mc Donald's for 1/3 of the price? but cost it out properly, Ingrediants how many meals etc out of one batch and explain it to the younger generation who think its ok to spend £12 at KFC McD Dominos etc that you can cook it at home for much much less than what they pay for a maccys.
