Aluneth is still my favorite card in hearthstone, just due to its 1. cool design and 2. incredible voicelines. i played secret mage purely because it was a place to use my golden aluneth

Whats cool about thr demons is that they didnt start in your deck. Is it cooking too much to throw that 4/4/5 elemental in your deck? The one that reduces their cost by (2)?

I'm not sure I fully understand how Kiljaeden works. If I played a card that was like "summon a random rush minion from your deck" would it summon a random demon in the game that has rush? Or would it fizzle because it thinks my deck is empty

TLDR: There's a 0.044% chance it works in wild, or 1 in 2.6 million chance it works in standard. Kiljaeden portal technically has 30 random demons in it, replenishing whenever you draw, so there is a chance that there's no duplicate demons in the 30. There are 166 demons in wild, so the chances of this occurring are: (166!/137!)/166^30 Which is 0.0448% or about 1 in 2233 For standard, there's currently only 48 demons, so the odds are (48!/19!)/48^30 which is 0.0000373%, or about 1 in 2,680,965

@IgnisNatus they just answered both your questions. Reno has a small chance of working, because you do have a deck and theres a chance it doesnt have a duplicate (too small, assume Reno is never online). You are considered to have a 30 card deck of random demons, so your deck is not empty.
