As it is the West had already started road-blocks against China, so why should she wait for a change of attitude from the West. She had no choice but to compete head-on with the West which includes her neighbors Japan and South Korea. Up-to-date, she had already pushed back South Korea who had pushed back Japan in ship construction and now she had taken the lead in EVs and solar energy but she had to take the lead in the control of the nuclear energy. Anyway, other developing nations must be able to trade hence China will help these countries to develop their natural advantages to do so! For a start, she has to help these developing nations to be slef sufficient in food production!
