Finally! My question answered if the stunt cast actors have to do the real choreography, or if it gets watered down. Well, Pamela did it! This is a hard dance, do it wasn't great, but she did it! Good for her, as she's not a dancer!

@@anna-mariageorgiades3628 Because as I said, the original choreo is f-ing hard? Not just anyone off the street can rehearse for two weeks and do it, UNLESS they already expert dancers, which Pamela was not. And I'm pretty sure Melanie Griffith didn't either.

For someone who isn't a dancer, Pam impressed me. Clearly she did the work - from as small as her finger twitch (done the exact way each time) to her swinging her arms everything was in perfect form even if the choreography was simplified for the two women. The other performer was not as strong to my eyes.

I'll bet a paycheck that from the moment her casting was announced, the mocking was relentless and probably at times rather brutal. If comments here, or other instances like the initial reaction to Grande being cast in Wicked are any indication, it's a sure thing. And if so, Anderson deserves a lot of credit for sticking to it.
