I got a theory, When someone dies they go to the afterlife right. So in a sense going to the devil world would mean dying. The devil world can be also connected to hell, so it makes sense. So while Yami is fighting Lucifer -50% Asta can fight the other Lucifer-50% this way lucifer will be damaged on both sides. Then Yami will find a way to open another portal for Asta to come through. -edit: The self reflection part is that lucifer tells them that Asta is dead to lower their moral and will to fight, but this only makes them want to kill him even more. After they've defeated him then Yami will try to make a small portal that way only small demons and humans can get through, just to see if Asta is dead.

You know I can see asta possibly dying or at least having a near death experience after shielding nero from lucifero's attack now that she is in the battlefield . We know that yami and nacht can black an attack or at least reduce it's strength and zora would just fall down from lucifero's punch . That leaves secre alone with no protection whatsoever . We know that asta is ready to die for his friends especially the one closest to him . That attack would leave asta with a hole in his chest because asta isn't in black guardian form and his durability is the lowest it has ever been . That would leave a reference to : 1: the first wizard king after nero holds him and sees blood in her hands and gets a flashback of what happened on that day and she can't close the gap because she drained all her mana in that attack combo 2: liebe goes berserk because lucifero took the closest person to him again and it was his brother . Nero didn't have a devil in her yet she got WEG when she used power from other dimension. What if due to the ritual for opening the demon gate, Yami tapped power from the underworld therefore getting the "devil" heart and not by dealing w/ a devil? 🤔

To further explain my idea, Yami is a type of person that doesn't require other's power to level himself up. If there's a deal with a devil, here are some key points to consider: 1. A deal with same goal like Dante and siblings = nope. Devils want to rule humans. Yami just want to 💩. 2. A servant contract like Nacth = nope as yami doesn't use other's power to LVL himself up. 3. A contract like Asta = possible if there's another demon that hates lucifero and other demons ONLY! but it will ruin the importance of asta and libei in the story if that happens...

Partial Megicula is probably same strength as Fused Lilith and Naamah. Zenon with Devil Heart is definitely above Partial Megicula and Fused LiliMaah. Lucifero at 50% is still stronger than the ones above, and probably Adremelech might be stronger than the current 50% Lucifero.
