So all in all Asta is acommon Shounen Mc but as the story puts him even in Chapter One It feels like he is an Isekai Character. Maybe asta with his third sword can actually attack the soul magic in Lucius to destabilize his soul magic and give Julius a shot at taking back control. Pretty much the same way it attacked the reincarnation magic in the first arc. I think this fight will result in asta damaging Lucius soul magic and he needs to retreat because now Julius is getting in his way.

Anti-Magic specifically comes from Liebe who manifested his powers after being stored in Licht's old grimoire by Richita. So I dont think Asta's anti magic has anything to do with him being an anomaly, but being a host SPECIFICALLY for Liebe. Anti magic can only be wielded at full power by someone with no mana which is most likely why the grimoire that Liebe was stored in chose Asta. So the anomaly would be tied to Liebe and his origins/Liebe being the narrative parallel to Asta in the world of the living. If Lucius wanted Asta out of the picture he would've ported back in time and killed his mother before she was pregnant. Since she only absorbed mana and stored mana-less objects thusly leaving her open to attack. There has got to be more backstory concerning Liebe and his ability to freely leave the underworld, Liebe is the anomaly and shares logic/perspective with Lucius in regards to his hatred towards other devils, mirroring Lucius hatred of current humans.

Julius probably predicted everything in accords to story of Yuno as well but probably couldn’t for Asta. Just look at the dungeon mission he sent him on. It just conveniently had the wind spirit. I doubt he knew of the demon dweller tho since it was covered in anti-magic My guess is that the demon dweller was left there by one of yuno’s ancestor and they also had wind magic. It wasn’t until Asta got his grimoire the sword probably got coated in anti-magic

7:37 This leads to me thinking about Zara Ideale's death. Zara was a magic knight who heavily influenced Julius and his ideals, and Julius was quite fond of him. In chapter 145 it says shorty after Julius met Zara he died, the "rumors" say that he was killed by one of his own men just cuz he was a peasant, but that's a bit unbelievable. In the anime when we learn Zara died there is quite an odd scene where we see the other magic knights making fun of him and there was Julius standing with blood in his hands. "Hmmm..... I wonder why Julius had blood in his hands." Truth is that it was Lucius who killed Zara, he didn't want Julius to be invested in Zara's motives as it challenged his ideals; Zara behaved exactly the opposite that Lucius thinks of humans so in order to prevent his plan from being hindered, he killed Zara. But it was already late, Julius had decided to become a magic knight like Zara.

I have a theory, though it may have a lot of holes. I think either Julius or Lucius is one of the people who survived the first qlipoth event while being reborn into one body with a completely different soul in it too. And whoever the survivor is, their memory has been wiped. Julius Possibility I believe it's Julius, whose soul was reborn, and he needs to regain these memories in order to beat Lucius. I think that there is an 80% chance that it's Julius because Novachrono might have been a family back then while the Zogratis family is in our current timeline in the BC world. Lucius Possibility If Lucius regains his memories, I think he would be able to send Asta back in time over and over to the first qlipoth event until he despairs. Though I don't see much purpose in this other than making Asta understand why he wants a world of peace. I don't really see this happening out of the two.

Reincarnation Magic has already been used in Black Clover, the rules of reincarnation magic are that if a soul is reincarnated twice the body will be left soulless. I think that since the Zogratis Family is adept at using Devil Magic a former member of the family (Most likely their Mother) used reincarnation magic (Zagred used this magic) on Lucius when he was a young boy. This would explain him being in a wheelchair as he must have been born quite weak or so ill that he died TWICE. This may tie in to him having "Soul Magic" or he may just be the byproduct of a tragedy. If he were to originally had "Soul Magic" he may have used it to survive the multiple reincarnations while his siblings reinforced his Physical Body using their individual magics until his research was complete. I have a feeling the missing links in the story will be revealed though Liebe's backstory (Anti-Magic allows freedom of movement between underworld and living world), a Zagred flashback (Establishment of reincarnation magic effecting the Zogratis Family), and Zogratis Family lore concerning the "Twin Soul" anomaly (Lucius' Original Magic and his tragedy)

I feel like Lucious was chosen by astarath because of his magic. I believe truly that The Wizard kings magic is Soul magic, thats why he has two souls most likely as a child or when he was born his souls ether split in two making two opposites or he just took another soul into his body ( which is lower chance). I think Lucious true magic is the ability to take someones magic after their death. It would make sense why Astaroth would do so much for Lucious and betraying Lucifer because he knows if Lucifer loses Lucious can steal his magic which will be technically given to Asatroth since he is in his body making Asataroth even stronger. I think another thing that could be is that since he has soul magic he has the ability to take a part of someones soul and steal their magic thats why he needed lucifers heart. Taking his soul after death or a part of it fusing it into his arsenal. Well here's a thought, Julius and lucious share a body so that would mean they each have different forms of magic. And if astaroth has time magic and the twin souls have been using that, that would mean they have 2 separate magic, in addition to time magic and luciferio gravity magic. Hence the 5 leaf, spade,heart, diamond and clover emblem grimour. Soul magic has to be one of the twins magic, since the triad used bone, blood, and body magic, so perhaps mind magic is the second magic for them

Lucius main priority is getting rid of Asta as Asta have the biggest difference among other people but Lucius might target other characters as well. For example charmy might be another target for him as she is a hybrid. Also Lucius ideology of human being the superior race, charmy being part dwarf could put her in his radar as well. Lucius could become the best villain in the new gen. But there is one thing I'm worried about & that is the similarities between Lucius & Madara. Lucius could just be a pawn in Astaroth's plan which would pull another Kaguya, there is also quite a few hints pointing at this. I just don't want Lucius character to be ruined right at the end like Madara cause I really like the idea of Lucius playing as the final devil & the wizard king being the final villain. It's not like I'm completely against Astaroth manipulating Lucius as long as it doesn't ruin Lucius character or the story & actually makes sense, I just think having the wizard king as the big bad would be more fitting for the story
