I wouldnt call it a jump scare. It's more of an unexpected reveal, because there's not a loud noise, and the spider doesn't jump out at you. In fact it just kinda shrinks back in fear itself.

I heard the first few words of this on an HBO trailer then it cut off. I thought man, that sure sounded like Scott Walker. I googled the words and the song popped up. So great, and pretty proud I knew exactly who it was with very little exposure to The Walker Brothers. Don't know why they never made it big in America even though I think at least he and another guy were Americans. Damn, they were hot! RIP Scott.

I loved the hit songs of the Walker Brothers when I was a teenager in the 60's. I had never heard this song until I watched the movie "Enemy". It seemed like music from the 60's, so I waited to see who sang it in the credits and was surprised to see it was the Walker Brothers. Weird movie for sure, but a great tune.
