Hey Nozie, my love injalo sana, apha we changed like 4 nannies already and we just decided after the 4th one ukuba noo marn let us just take care of the baby, adjust on our own and figure ish out as we go and we did just that. Umntana is 5months now and he’s such a breathe of fresh air ans a very adorable little baby 🥹😍.. Please don’t beat up yourselves if you feel like nannies are failing you or your expectations, trust the journey there’s no formula, and knowing the baby is in your care all the time will give you comfort cause you know uba he’s in safe hands trusting strangers with babies sometimes is a bit tricky and it’s a process on its own. You’re doing soo well with Skhu and I am so proud of you guys 🌸❤️

I have a two year old and I must say hearing your nanny stories makes me grateful for the nannies I have had so far, well except for one who went home for the weekend one day and never came back. The other three I have had were very good, but my current nanny is the best best! The other two had to go back home due to some circumstances, and they both recommended the current nanny. I have no complaints at all.

Congrats favorite. Just a quick advice first time parents😅. Please stick on making small potions just enough for him to finish on one feed to avoid giving him cold and long stayed milk. Actually you needed the smallest bottles so that when it's time to leave him under someone else's watch , the bottle limits them to small potion otherwise your baby might be eating same milk made in the morning by 5pm and that'd not good at all. Good luck

I think my mom in her lifetime of having abantwana abancinci (about 24 years) she's probably had well over 100 helpers because of a range of issues (uqhela, not doing work, stealing, taking a longer leave than agreed multiple times, mistreating us, drinking, ulahleka, etc). We also once had umntu who came, saw our house wathi anever inkulu indlu, wacela uyobekwa eziteksini same day🤣🤣🤣 It was not you, it was her. People are weird out here so be very picky and once you get umntu oright, hold on but set clear boundaries and rules from the get go. Also take stock of izinto zenu if you have usleep out and get a nanny cam😭😭😭
