To be perfectly honest mate, i expected to hate the Nav. I bought it because i was sick of owning patrols and wanted a ute. So i took one for a test drive, and bought it from the dealer that day! And you know what, i frikken love the thing, Nissan have done a great job on the Np's and although they can have some very minor issues. it's nothing compared to other models.

JP Captured awesome that’s what I want to hear mate! I’ll most likely end up getting something with around 80xxxkms so will definitely be an awesome project to work on because I love the look of the psr triple hoop bars ! Thanks for the reply mate

@Will Talbot did you end up buying one? I'm moving to Australia permanently end of this month and have been looking at the Navs. common problems i've seen mentioned a fair bit are rear main seal leaking, coolant hose rubbing on the fan and leaking, intercooler pipes failing and someone mentioned the timing chain is weak as its the same one they use on the Qashqai

@@danhopkinson2811 I bought one my self two years ago and haven’t had any problems at all, I have the series 4 2020 model and can’t fault it, I’d highly recommend it but every car will have their problems, you will always hear more bad things about a car than good, ethe minority will complain online while the majority who have had no complainants won’t be saying much

Hey mate, how r u? I have a channel and my car is a diesel NP300 2019 manual. I want to comment about the traction control. What people do in my country is install a switch to turn off the traction when needed. In sand areas, traction is gonna dump the car and put you in difficult situations sometimes, here where you need to switch it off. The manufacturer switch that is already in the cabin doesn't fully turn off the traction. Well, whatever I am gonna do a vid later when I have the time, and hopefully I put Eng sub translation cuz I will be speaking in my mother tongue :) I will also make a vid about the differences between the navs np300 that are left hand drive or right hand. One is Thai manufactured and the other is Spanish. Well, I will dig into more details before doing the vid to get accurate info

They both have their pros and cons. Electric shit likes to break. And air lockers are expensive and takes a while for it to engage if you don't have the compression tank filled. That being said you have to have a onboard air compressor which is nice but expensive.
