Saw them at the Salt Shed on Monday. This was the last song. Earlier that day I arrived at my cousin's funeral before anyone else. I was able to spend a moment with her before everyone else showed up. It was the most meaningful concert of my life and the first time I every cried tears of joy due to music. So much love.

There are two moments in this song that give me chills. One is the sequence beginning at 5:22 and the drop at 7:00; though it sounds a lot better on the studio version of the song. Had the pleasure to see these guys live, front row and this was the last song in their set. It was amazing.

I don't know. I think that Post Rock is a music genre so beautiful. Is like if transformer all what we feel in something epic. Isn't import what you see, what you read, all is a form of view, of perception of reality through our mind. The words isn't enough to translate the real feeling about small and great things of life, but Post Rock songs, in special, EITS songs, can translate a kind of feeling so beautiful and so powerful of things that isn't a specific, but exist inside of us that make simple things and great things be so deep. I don't know, words isn't enough to express how I feel about that songs. Paraphrasing a brazilian song: "Em que o poema mais lírico Se mostre a coisa mais lógica" (In which the most lyrical poem proves to be the most logical thing); In wich the most abstract song proves to be the most logical feeling.
