No inheritance if the husband is dead in process and etc. Child support is different, its about the child but you can make her getting visitation only since she cheated thus proven to be immoral role model. About 50-50 after divorce, I am not sure maybe you can lessen her 50... not sure on that but yeah prenup is important.

Medically you need to prove you are stressed and you can't claim to be distress when you go to your work and do everything normally and file a suit saying that you are in distress doesn't get counted. Don't get confused with random googling there are a lot of court hearing online listen to them and you will understand you cando nothing to a cheated spouse legally.
