Gun squad and a solid coaching staff. Good thing is the fetu Samoan side is fairly young. Hopefully they don’t opt to represent Aus or Nz in the future.

Fetu have really proven themselves in that "promotion" to face the Jillies and Ferns next year, can't say much about how abysmal the Orchids were on the other hand it's no wonder they were total punching bags against Australia and NZ. But anyways, if only both bowl and championship were merged into something like this for the women: 🇦🇺🇨🇰🇫🇯🇵🇬🇳🇿🇹🇴🇼🇸 Wishful thinking but alot better for more than just two games each and its after the NRLW season too with all players available if not injured or suspended.

I'm pretty sure fitness wasn't a selection criteria on the PNG's side. What's the point of having a national team when the women's league is very underdeveloped and barely exists?

At least we tried, but it looks like we will be here at the Woman's Bowl tournament forever unless we are serious about our woman's game here. Firstly can the promoters look to our coastal areas where there are tall and stocky built women doing gardening, fishing, and get them involved. There are tall women in Western Province; or Morobe (Bukaua, Butibum, Markham, and Finch), who are tall playing basketball and volleyball. Yet they knew how to play touch footy.They are villagers, and if the promotion is right with good packages, they they will grab the opportunity. If we train them properly with a good diet, then let the Cooks, Tongans, and Samoa come face us. The other thing is that every day they are walking and running on sandy beach and they are used to sand. The sand slows down, normal walking and running, but for these ladies, they are fast naturally. Try them on dry land, and you'll see. Pacific teams walk and run on sand their daily lives. Thanks.

Just unbelievable, Samoa played a better,footy then the orchids,need to brush up on the Defence,plus use your outside players,wing,most of the game was played on the centers,inside,try use your wingers,they could outrun the Samoan ladies,anyway better luck next time,😮🥺🤔🙊
