Walden doesn't allow u to take the didactic courses together anymore. I asked when I was struggling finding a preceptor

On average how long is the psych NP program at walden?

Approx 15 to 36 months. This is my last sem, it took me 24 months. I took 2 semester off and in some semester, instead of two classes, I took just one.

What is the best way to study for the exams?

I'm actually doing a full review video about all the core classes exams. I didn't have time before, but now that I'm almost done with the program, I will share my techniques. I do a lot of skimming and writing. I remember things better when I write them. I also do a lot of audio to retain the information.

I have a question. I am going to start clinicals in 2 weeks. How do you feel now that you are done with the program, compared to when you started your clinicals?

Ohhhh what a great question! Me & my friend was talking about this. I feel relieved and overwhelmed. Relieved that Im done, overwhelmed because now I really don’t know what is my next step as far as getting certified. I also have no idea where to apply for work. 😆 When I first started, I was lost, cuz I had no idea what I was doing. Confused of pretty much everything that I need to do. Scared that I was going to mess everything up, because I had no idea what I was doing. There was no direction. Thanks so much for asking. I think I might just make a video about this. 💕 Good luck with everything.
