Mate, I gotta say, this is phenomenal. Haunted Henry was always the scariest episode of Thomas for me as a kid, and it still terrifies me to this day. But to actually give it a brilliant background and in depth story, you’ve made it a million times better. Props to you my friend.

Impressive! DCG12B's narration reminds me of how spooked I use to be listening to Baldwin's narration. The idea of an old station master not letting go of the past, wondering is station constantly chills me. i also like the explanation of why Henry had to push his train, for some odd reason I thought landslide without even thinking of the original episode. I should've known you'd do a remake of this episode. What can I say about that stationmaster? "When a man soils a Wellington, he puts his foot in it." ROFL Man... Who'd have thought that a ghost would become so obsessed over a station he used to run in life? Very creepy! I like the addition of Duck in this story, not to mention the expansions for which explains just about everything from the actual episode.

One of the Best remakes of Haunted Henry :) But tell me, why did The Fat controller demolish the old station? Wasn't Wellington actually helping Henry by closing the gate and turn the signal to red?
@Kanefan7015 жыл бұрын
@@pizzaplanettruck9761 so in a way he tried to kill Henry?
@1Korlash4 жыл бұрын
On the other hand, Mr. Wellington removed Old Bailey's detonators, which would've definitely gotten Henry to stop. He also doesn't like engines travelling down the line at all and was known in life as an unpleasant, tyrannical stationmaster. Lastly, he's clearly a bit unhinged, if him reacting to his station being closed by *burning himself alive* is any indicator. This is supported by the dialogue. In the beginning, Old Bailey warns Duck and his crew that Mr. Wellington "doesn't take too kindly to people at his station" and advises them to leave if an owl hoots. Later, Duck asks Henry, "Did you get the feeling that you were intruding and not wanted?" to which Henry agrees. This carries the implication that Mr. Wellington may have done unpleasant things if Duck had stayed at his station when the mist rolled in or if Henry had stopped after smashing the crossing gate. Note also that Mr. Wellington's ghost was able to keep the signal and gate in perfect working condition despite the line's abandonment, so him being able to harm engines and their crews is entirely possible, especially when you consider other ghosts in this series like Old Dean Morris, Dulcie's former driver, and the spiteful guard on Thomas's branch line. Ultimately, Wellington's ghost seems unfriendly at best, malevolent at worst. Either way, he'd have a very negative effect on the line's tourist traffic as well as railroad staff, and I don't blame the Fat Controller for wanting him gone.

fantastic work as always. I really enjoyed it. If I may give out some constructive criticism though, I found the narration track to be quite noisy with the constant hum it gave out. If I may suggest, to get rid of that, I use Audacity and there is a "noise-removal" effect where you can select that constant hum noise and then select that narration track to get rid of the hum on that track alone. Other than that, I enjoyed this production and I encourage you to keep up the great work.
